Veyay accessibility and support statement
Version: 2026-10-14.3 Status: Public target and support boundary, not a conformance certification.
Veyay targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for its public web and critical instructional paths and applies the same principles to its native mobile screens. The target includes keyboard access, visible focus, programmatic names/roles/states, text resize and reflow, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, non-color cues, alternatives to dragging or precision gestures, captions/transcripts for audio, and understandable errors.
Veyay does not claim complete WCAG conformance. The public legal pages have a semantic heading order, main landmark and skip link; keyboard-visible focus; responsive reflow; no motion, audio, time limit, drag, or pointer-only interaction; and automated structure and contrast checks recorded in the release evidence. Those checks are not a substitute for assistive-technology testing.
The independent-adult release matrix must record browser/device and assistive-technology evidence for public/legal/support navigation; sign-up, sign-in, verification, and recovery; adult access confirmation; library, reading, and saved conversation; and export, deletion, and support. Each family lane adds the parent's notice and consent, the seat checkout and cancellation, creating a learner, the learner's sign-in, and adding study-shelf material. That matrix is incomplete. A lane's part of the matrix is recorded before any family is invited to that lane; until then the lane is used only by Cabildo's own test household. No institutional lane may treat this statement as a certification.
Requests may be sent to support@veyay.app, by mail to Cabildo Companies LLC, 2014 Electric Rd, #249, Roanoke, VA 24018, United States, or by calling +1 (762) 438-3539 (calls are forwarded to Cabildo; if nobody answers, you can leave a voicemail). The email address forwards to Cabildo's operator mailbox. Publication of this address confirms routing only; it does not promise continuous monitoring, a staffed desk, a response time, or emergency or safeguarding handling unless the applicable lane's support schedule identifies those controls. This publication does not assert that a staffed account desk exists. The account lane must separately name a primary and backup owner, monitored hours, escalation path, response targets, and a successful end-to-end intake exercise.
Include only a safe diagnostic/reference ID and general description. Do not email a student transcript, password, payment card, roster, recording, curriculum file, or sensitive record unless an authorized person provides a secure method.
Veyay support is not an emergency service and is not monitored as a safeguarding hotline. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
