For account access, product questions, privacy or data-rights requests, accessibility problems, or a rights concern, email support@veyay.app.

Send only what is needed

Include a safe reference or diagnostic ID, the affected screen, an approximate time, and a short description. Do not email a password, payment-card number, transcript, roster, recording, private course file, or other sensitive record. We will identify a safer method if more evidence is necessary.

Account deletion

Signed-in customers can delete their account from Settings inside Veyay. If the in-app path is unavailable, contact us at the address above.

Not an emergency service

Veyay is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency or safeguarding hotline. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
